Student teams previously housed in RH120 have been moved to EDC. For access to EDC please go here.
Members of co-curricular Engineering Student Design Competition Teams who use Rusty Hut 120 for wind tunnel bookings, and KAIS 1210 for instrumentation needs, as a shared research-teaching-learning space must satisfy both the Applied Science requirements for Access to Spaces and MECH-specific requirements for workers (see Site-Specific Orientation Forms).
Training must be completed before access to the space is granted.
Note: MECH access will always expire on April 30th (or when a student graduates). After July 1st each year, no access will be granted until a new MECH Student Group Agreement is created and formally signed (typically mid-October).
Student Teams will receive information on submitting bulk requests during the Safety Orientation for Trainers. Only bulk requests will be accepted once your Student Team Applications have been approved. The detailed instructions can be found here: How to Submit Batch Access Request.
