Create an account on the Mech Tech-Access system to see schedules, and to reserve Access Tags and equipment in the Student Machine Shop and the Student MakerSpace.

If you are a first time user, register for an account using only an email.
Note: you are not required to volunteer any personal information beyond an email address and you are free to use any email address. Other users will be able to see your information and the site is not secure. Please email mshop@mech.ubc.ca if you have any questions or concerns.
- Be sure to check your email (spam folder too) for the activation authorization.
Note: for the Student Machine Shop you must book an Access Tag to get in. Booking only a machine will not get you in. If all Access Tags are reserved then the facility is at capacity and you will need to book at another time.
